Ružín is the most suitable water reservoir for these activities. It is 13 km far from Krompachy on the way to Košice, road No 547, by train the railway No 180 to Margecany.

At the upper part of the reservoir there are good water ski opportunities, camping and accomodation.

There live many kinds of freshwater fish, especially eels and sand-eels. Swimming is allowed in quite all places of the reservoir.

Very nice for such activities is also the lake Za Hurou lying in a beautiful valley near Spišské Vlachy.
